Logistar has recognized warehousing as a key challenge facing most companies in our market. Warehouses that kept with their original purpose of storing, unloading and loading goods are long gone. In the digital world, requirements are changing and becoming more and more complex. Getting detailed knowledge of the each clients basic business and understanding their needs and strategic goals became a necessity. As a 3PL provider Logistar recognized and accepted these changes and positioned the warehousing as a key part of the logistics chain and gave it a leading role in further development.
A prerequisite for this is constant learning and improvement which is possible with a clear work methodology based on project management. In this way, working together with our clients, we carefully plan and create solutions that are sustainable but also adaptable to future needs. We understand that each client is unique and different, with all their specifics and needs, and that one solution cannot be copied and implemented more than once.
In the modern world of fast technological development, the creativity we nurture and maintain is the key investment and the most sought after resource. Although warehousing is an inert system with mostly pronounced static characteristics we want to be recognized in the market precisely through flexibility and adaptability and tailor-made solutions. Also, as a socially responsible company, we strictly control and advocate health and safety at work as one of the basic business principles.
Due to the fact that processes are constantly changing and improving, it is necessary to work on technology which is often followed with large investments. We have realized those investments with the help of strong partners. That pushes us forward to break through and cross borders and always be one step ahead of everyone else.
