Logistar Experience
The word of employees
I am an Economist for Taxes and Customs by profession. I have been employed by Logistar for two years. I got a chance to gain great knowledge with little experience and to progress in a very short time. The positive atmosphere is what makes me feel good. I am surrounded by colleagues whose examples and experience help me improve every day. Logistar is a company that respects all the rights of workers and recognizes the work and commitment of each employee, providing the possibility of advancement.
After completing my undergraduate and master studies at the Faculty of Transportation in Belgrade, I received the opportunity from the Logistar company to gain my first knowledge and experience through practice. After completing my internship, I had the chance to start my career as an Assistant in Logistics. At Logistar, I had the opportunity to be part of a training program for young staff and through various projects I improved my knowledge and skills. I have the opportunity to participate in various projects as a Project Manager.
Today, 5 years later, I work as a Customer Relations Specialist.
Nowadays, companies rarely give a chance to people my age, and Logistar gave me the opportunity to show the quality of my work. The company allows me to have a regular income and a better life. I consider myself a conscientious and disciplined worker because that is the only way I can make a full contribution in the workplace. Logistar respects each of its employees. A good atmosphere among colleagues means a lot to me. I have justified the given trust by my work. My superiors recognized my potential, so I made significant progress during this year of work. I believe that we have many years of successful cooperation ahead of us.
At Logistar, I went through several stages of my career. In October 2019, I started as a warehouseman, working on various jobs, from loading and unloading trucks, to control and shipping. I always tried to do my best to achieve good results. Supervisors recognized my potential for a better position. Today, two years later, I lead a team of 40 employees. I know I still have a lot to learn but I am ready for new challenges and tasks. It is a great challenge to lead a team, but the success we achieve together is the biggest motive that allows us to grow and progress.
At Logistar, I got the opportunity to fulfill my professional desires. From the starting position to the team leader in a year and a half. There is a lot of work and effort behind me, and I continue to do so because my ambitions do not stop. My team is very successful. We can do a lot together and we have no problem tackling any challenge. There is always laughter in my team, which to me is the sign that we are doing the right thing.
As a student of the western school for developers, I am guided by the fact that the form must have a meaning in order to exist, and the essence the greatest possible quality. I have been participating in the business of today's Logistar for more than 10 years and I can say that I have only met wonderful people, regardless of the ups and downs. Today, I can say with great pleasure that I am part of the team of a young company, hungry for new technologies, which makes it a wonderful challenge and provides a really nice fulfillment of everyday life.
I got the opportunity to get a job at Logistar. As someone who spent all his youth in football, this company challenged me to show myself in a bigger and stronger team. My plan is to go from a Red Star to a Logistar star. I am just at the beginning of my new career, but here every individual has the opportunity to shine.
